“My life has done a complete 180 since walking into the Iron Cactus a few years ago. I had recently moved to the area and was experiencing both physical and mental health issues at the time. I started out using the sauna and going to yoga for pain relief. I soon began my addiction recovery journey by trying my first recovery meeting in this space that had made me feel so safe during such a vulnerable time.
