“I cannot say enough positive things about the entire Hyox team. They truly, TRULY care about you and your health and comfort. I had an unexpected complication with my wound and needed to request a reclining chair with an ice pack during my latest session, instead of sitting up as I regularly do. I know this was probably a convenience for the team, but they handled it with professionalism and empathy, checking in constantly to make sure I was doing ok. A truly stellar team of people.
