“Amazing owners, friendly staff, and great variety of healthy bio-hacking experiences! I felt like a new person after Fire and Ice, both relaxed and energized. The infrared sauna is heavenly and has three wavelengths of infrared to maximize health benefits - detox and healing. I had never tried a cold plunge before but it was approachable - and i worked myself up to 3 minutes (with the help of their timer). I highly recommend the cryo chamber (it’s easier than the plunge!) as well as the compression sleeves that help with lymphatic flow - plus this is all just fun!”
